Immediate Hire: Will directly support Company CEO and senior management.
Perform marketing support for the development of social media programs, sales/marketing material, proposals/presentations and related functions.
Develop proposals, graphs, charts, presentation, annual reports etc.
including excel spreadsheets.
Source material from multiple sources to maintain accurate and current information for presentations/proposals.
Utilizing multiple source data, perform analysis and recommendations to management based on stated objectives.
Coordinate/assist in developing social media, internet, web upgrades for advertising and/or marketing.
Develop and maintain marketing and sales programs.
Must have excellent computer skills including MS office programs (word, excel, power point), publisher and other marketing/presentation software programs.
Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task.
Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or marketing assistant position.
College education and bilingual (Span/Eng) a plus.
