Spa Attendants keep the spa village facilities clean, well stocked and up to five star standards.
Their primary area of focus is the Spa Locker rooms, showers and Wet areas, but they also will support overall cleanliness throughout the Spa Village including relaxation lounges, courtyards, public areas/pools and gym.
They maintain communication with the other team members and offer assistance to guests as necessary, so must be comfortable communicating in english.
Spa attendants perform other customer service and cleaning tasks and may be asked to assist with laundry.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Supply the guests with the amenities while monitoring the assignment, standard set-up and maintenance of locker, linens, treatment.
Maintain high cleanliness standards and report deficiencies of any facilities or equipment Maintain the facility in peak sanitary condition at all times.
Maintain locker rooms in a tidy manner.
Clean and restock showers after every use Restock all linens and towels in locker room areas Help maintain cleanliness of all spa village areas.
Check and clean lockers when needed.
Maintain toiletries in locker room vanities.
Maintain linen inventory to and from laundry on a scheduled basis.
Direct Guests to appointments and assist them in every way possible.
Assist Guests with use of sauna, steam, whirlpool etc.
Ensure stocking of all spa amenities and toiletries.
English Speaking.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Hospitality in a resort setting is preferred but not required.

Organizational Support - Follows OVI policies and procedures; Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; supports property's goals and values; Promotes property through outside activities; Supports affirmative action and respects diversity.

Professionalism – Follows OVI&S grooming standards.

He or she must look the part, be well-dressed and groomed, with good posture and personal habits.

Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time and follows OVI&S attendance policy; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; Arrives at meetings and appointments on time.
10.
Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals.
Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.
The pay for this position is $20.
