Immediate hire for a front office receptionist with a growing audio-visual equipment rental company in a positive work environment.
A minimum of 1 year experience preferable.
We are looking for a detailed, organized, excellent communication abled person to be the first face and voice of our company.
Duties include:
Answering a multiline phone system
Maintaining our filing system
Ordering/shopping for office and kitchen supplies
Collecting and sorting the daily mail
Preparing and sending all shipping and mail needs
Running errands
Must have:
Great attention to detail.
At least one year’s experience with Microsoft programs (excel, word and email).
Ability to multitask.
Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone, and email) with all levels of personnel.
Proficiency with all office equipment (copiers/printers/fax/shredder).
Own transportation.
Position is full time Monday – Friday 8:30a-5:00p
$16/hour or DOE
