How you will make an impact:
The AR/AP Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the Accounting Operations team on end-to-end accounting processes, maintaining accurate records, directing workflows as well as guiding and training team members.
Maintain daily team operations to ensure AP & AR departmental goals are met.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of AP & AR transactions.
Assist in management of direct reports and related administrative duties.
Support controls, identify areas for improvement and initiate development in these areas.
Investigate and resolve process challenges, ad hoc billing queries, and escalations by professionally communicating with vendors and customers via telephone and email.
Assist in month-end close and related duties.
