Currently seeking an Administrative Associate/Manager with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and willing to learn and grow.
Familiar with office equipment and general office duties including but not limited to: filing, managing incoming and outgoing mail for multiple companies, phone call/message management.
Positive attitude a Must.
Some interaction with office tenants and facilities maintenance crew will be required.
Background check required.
Hours of operation are 8:30-5 M-F
30-40 hours per week
Full-Time would qualify for benefits package
Responsibilities:
Provide staff with day-to-day administrative support.
Managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, assisting clients, running errands.
Answering phones, filing for multiple companies all year round and manage year-end filing move out and new year filing setup, manage old file shred.
Ordering office materials and supplies for multiple companies.
Distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintaining records for various architectural and construction projects.
Assisting clients and re-directing them as needed.
Process Architectural billing (will train)

Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently, be self-directed and follow through on all job duties with very little supervision
Full-time potential if willing to learn specific trade duties
