The Company is seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support their CEO/Owner.
They currently have two roles open in Oxnard and in Agoura Hills.

Job Description:
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Keep track of important dates and deadlines.
Manage emails, correspondence, and phone calls on behalf of the executive.
Prepare and draft documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Run personal errands and assist with personal tasks as needed
Act as a liaison between Field Workers, Project Coordinators, and the Administration team.
Assist in project management, including tracking progress, setting milestones, and managing deadlines.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.
g.
, Excel, Word, Outlook).
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Schedule: 1st shift 7:30-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $18-$23 per hour
