As a Program Coordinator with 360 Behavioral Health, Support Services, you work as a middle-tier supervisor to provide support to individuals impacted by Autism and other developmental disabilities and conditions that interfere with daily living.
This is an in-person opportunity for someone who can work, Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm Using your skills and experience, you provide support, guidance, direction, and supervision to Support Services direct support professionals who are part of your team as you oversee services delivered to Support Services clients to ensure quality and consistency.
Responsibilities: Provide a minimum of 100% billable services a month or 95% of assigned supervision hours Ensure that 85% of clinical direct services are provided on monthly basis Provide parent and staff training as need it and approved Ensure that the company’s “Zero Tolerance Policy” is understood, implemented, and reinforced in the region Ensure that Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance is understood, implemented, and reinforced in the region Ensure that the consumers under his/her supervision are meeting their billable services with few or no cancellations Provide clinical consultation including behavior plans and programming to clinical staff Provide written program summaries and progress reports ON TIME for each individual case prior to deadlines indicated by the Supervisor Conduct staff meetings and professional development meetings as indicated Provide some direct services, if necessary, to supervise more effectively Provide feedback to the Supervisor regarding instructors on each case.
Conduct assessments as assigned by the Supervisor Communicate immediately parental concerns and needs to the Supervisor Supervise and monitor assessments assigned from intake to completion Provide case consultation to PC’s as needed Attend family clinical meetings as needed Direct Case Supervision- carry a case load to meet set billable services Maintain telephone contact and a reliable method to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls within 24 hours Maintain reliable transportation and current liability insurance for the vehicle Stand, sit, twist, kneel, bend-over, crouch down, walk, & sit/play on floor for extended periods of time as well as lift, push, and pull up to 40lbs without assistance from another adult Complete other duties as assigned and approved by the supervisor What We are Looking For Excellent Clinical & Leadership skills 2+ years clinical experience including: Direct service with individuals with varying diagnoses, diverse levels of functioning, and a broad range of ages Individual client program development across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings (i.

, home, school, community) Report writing Expertise in all empirically evaluated assessment and intervention strategies 1+ years supervision experience including: Formal staff training including didactic and in-vivo Formal performance evaluation of more junior staff Evaluation of more junior staff with respect to clinical programming, administrative tasks (e.
g.
, report writing, timesheet submission, etc.
), direct therapy, and parent training skills Fluency with all Microsoft Office programs Familiarity with funding provider standards and guidelines Mastery of empirical evidence for all service types Self-motivated, responsible, honest, articulate, excellent time management skills & skills to work independently with minimal supervision Have a professional demeanor, be well-organized, and pay attention to detail Demonstrate skills consistent with serving culturally and linguistically diverse families in low and high SES areas Comfortable working in homes (studio apt, housing project, .
