The seal looks like it is in good shape and the Latch/Lock handle is in working condition and good for its age.
Original Toyota Glass in Good Condition.
Frame has some dulling in the shine throughout and some rust spots.

GENUINE! probably 84-95 Toyota Pickup Xtra Cab Rear Sliding Window Back Glass Slider OEM.
I am not exactly sure what vehicle it will fit so please confirm with measurements.
