JOB CODE: OJAI FULL-TIME TRAVEL AND CAREER NANNY
OJAI, CA – Wonderful family located in Ojai with 3 fun boys ages 3, 6, and 7 years old, are seeking a seasoned FULL-TIME NANNY starting ASAP, with a schedule of TUESDAY-FRIDAY (12-8PM) and SATURDAY (9AM-9PM), with 40-hours guaranteed a week.
The pay being offered for this position is $38 hr.
, plus full benefits such as health, PTO, and holidays (all via payroll).
They prefer a Nanny that is covid-19 vaccinated.
The family also has a lot of pets so please be pet friendly!
This is a very fun job with a very fun and busy family! This entails working alongside the Mom each day helping to take care of the boys on the day-to-day schedule, with safety, health, and privacy in consideration.
The nanny would be helping with school pickups, taking the boys to activities, and helping with bedtime routines.
On days when the boys don't have any activities they'd love the Nanny to entertain them outside or plan activities for them.
Ideally they'd love a Nanny who is very experienced with high energy boys and loves kids, who is energetic, loving, and has a playful demeanor.
A background in Child Development is a bonus! Someone who is a self starter, who can take over when needed but who can also sense when to hang back and take on other tasks during family time.
The ideal Nanny for this job should also be a good swimmer, able to travel for a few weeks at a time, and be someone for them to rely on whether the parents are present or not.
When you're not watching the boys (like when they are in school), you can help with laundry, keeping the kid spaces tidy, keeping toys organized, clothes organized, planning schedules and appointments/playdates/activities, run errands, help with family pets, light housekeeping and helping to meal prep.
Keep in mind, this is a full-staffed home so not only must you be able to work well with other staff members, but you must work as a team as they have a chef, security, farm management staff, a house manager, and housekeepers.
