Job Description Senior Web Programmer RMC is hiring for a Senior Web Programmer to support a Department of the Navy (DoN) customer in Port Hueneme, CA.
Position is contingent upon successful award of contract.

NET, ASP.
NET, SQL Server, and related frameworks.
• Create intuitive and responsive user interfaces using technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Design and optimize database schemas, write complex queries, and work with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and bugs, collaborating with the team to find efficient solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, processes, and best practices.
Requirements · Minimum of five years of experience related to the development of web-based applications using C#, .
NET and Java technologies with emphasis in .
NET application development.
· Minimum of five years securing a web environment in accordance with DISA STIGs.
· Experience directly related to the development of MS SQL driven applications.
· Experience in SharePoint 2016 and the ability to design and engineer SharePoint based enterprise solutions.
· Ability to develop Asynchronous JavaScript and Extensible Markup Language (XML) (AJAX) enabled .
NET web Applications using Version Control Systems, Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) and the Representational State Transfer (ReST) architecture.
· Demonstrated expertise in configuration and administration of Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) and the .
NET Framework, Integrated Windows Authentication, Kerberos and Directory Services Authentication, PKI, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), troubleshooting, configuration and development.
· Minimum of five years of experience delivering, analyzing, and troubleshooting complex distributed systems.
· Demonstrated expertise in the implementation, integration, testing of enterprise application/database/web platforms.
Education: Bachelor's level degree in Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with field of concentration in computer science.
Certification: A CompTIA Security+ is required on start date.
Security Clearance: An Interim DoD Secret Clearance is required to start.
Personnel may be required to obtain and maintain a TS clearance.
Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Preferred Skills • Master’s Degree in Engineering Discipline • Experience in using identity management and PKI infrastructure.
• Ability to develop C# .
NET application(s) that interface with Active Directory Services.
• Experience with SOA development and implementations.
• Strong understanding of various programming languages, frameworks and technologies to include: ASP.
