Responsible for providing excellent customer service to the guest.
Follow the Brand guidelines of the hotel and ensure the guests has a pleasant stay.
Enroll guests into the Marriott Bonvoy Program and achieve monthly goals of the hotel.
Able to check a guest in/out in a timely manner.
Promotes the hotel restaurant, bar and amenities within the hotel.
Handles customer complaints to the guest satisfaction.
Maintain a commitment to continually support all departments in accounting and guest experience, consistently providing friendly service, and consistently providing the highest quality product and value to every customer on every occasion.

* *JOB QUALIFICATIONS:*
¨ Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; plus, one year of office clerical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
¨ Previous customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel environment.
¨ Candidate should have outstanding analytical skills, attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, attention to detail and organizational skills.
¨ Must be able to work well in a high paced environment.
¨ The ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure effectively and work independently.
¨ The ability to deal with internal and external guests with a high level of professionalism, tact and diplomacy.
¨ Must be a team player.
¨ Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of associates and management.
¨ Bilingual a plus
