Customer Service Representative/Administrator

Ojai European Automotive Repair is a car repair shop looking for a office administrator/representative to assist in the daily operations of the company.
These tasks include but are not limited to: * Keeping the office space clean and presentable * Checking company e-mails and all social medias daily * Pay company bills on time * Call technical support and oversee that all technology and equipment is working correctly * Answering phones * Helping customers * Updating customers * Opening work orders * Ordering car parts We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, basic automotive knowledge, and being bilingual is preferred but not required.
Mitchell and All Data experience also a plus! Pay is hourly and DOE.
We work in office 8:00am-5:00pm and offer a one (1) hour lunch.
The ideal candidate is a *responsible* person.
This position requires very little to no supervision and you will usually be alone in the office as I am outside in the garage section working on cars, and simply need someone to handle the customer service and office aspects for me.
