AGQ Labs USA is searching for a Customer Service Representative in Oxnard, CA.
Job Summary
Provide customer care and support to existing and new clients with quick, thorough responses via email, phone, and/or in-person.
Provide daily operational support for all internal activities for all internal departments, including transitioning client activities from the Sales/Commercial Team to Customer Service Team.
Support internal activities as business needs demand and/or as undesignated business needs arise.
This is a full-time role with Saturday availability required; however, scheduling for the other days is flexible.
*Responsibilities and Duties*
* Answer customers' questions about products, services, sample statuses, prices, availability, or credit terms.
* Confirm prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications.
* Maintain customer records, using automated systems.
* Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as requests for new services.
* Provide customers with ongoing, daily support.
* Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, or other information pertaining to purchased products.
* Complete documentation as needed for customer service and other AGQ teams.
* Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
* Assist with contacting clients to collect payment for overdue invoices.
*Qualifications and Skills*
* Proficient in working with MS Office Suite of programs, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Ability to work independently and proactively when assigned tasks, both routine and project-based.
* Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
* High level of personal accountability and both team and individual contributor
* Excellent communication skills
