Dispatcher

The Customer Service Representative will work with hospice agencies to ensure that their orders are accurate, delivered on time and efficiently, and that customer satisfaction is maintained.
*Core Duties & Responsibilities:* * Answer incoming calls and emails from hospice agencies & patient families * Process orders and invoices in a timely manner; enter purchase orders into the system for shipment or credit.
* Analyze delivery routes and makes any necessary changes to ensure schedules are routed effectively * Ensure the accountability of driver route completion and that all necessary documents are completed (i.
e.
, website updates, source docs, missing equipment) * Demonstrate timeliness, courtesy, sincerity and patience when dealing with customers and co-workers.
* Partner cross-functionally with other departments to keep account records updated and resolve customer issues.
* Provide information about products to customers; answer questions about products or services.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
