Remote Appointment Scheduler (Camarillo)

The Appointment Scheduler will handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist community members in scheduling appointments for tax support.
In addition to scheduling appointments, you will work closely with our 211 call center and assess contact needs, search our online database for organizations that are capable of meeting those needs, provide contacts with referrals to multiple organizations and thoroughly document each contact.
Remote training will be available.
Monday-Friday + Weekend Availability (8:00am-4:30pm OR 9:00am-5:30pm) $16.
50/hour with an opportunity for an increase to $17.
00/hour after 30 days once bilingual proficiency is confirmed Qualifications: • HS Diploma or GED • Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese or Cantonese • 2+ years of customer service or call center experience • Strong communication skills • Access to computer, headset w/ microphone, strong internet connection and quiet work environment
