Customer Service /Order Processing (Oxnard)

In the role of a Bilingual Customer Service and Order Processing Specialist, you will represent Primal Essence to our customers, ensuring every request is met in a timely and friendly manner.
Your expertise in handling diverse customer requests will be crucial as you manage customer inquiries and stay current with document requests from clients.
Your role will also include label validation and order verification, ensuring that all our outbound orders are free from errors and are organized and packed correctly.
Some of our key team members communicate exclusively in Spanish, so being able to speak both English and Spanish to coordinate effectively is required.
• Answer Calls: Deliver excellent customer service, offering prompt and friendly assistance.
• Validate Labels: Carefully review product labels to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Validate Bulk Orders: Thoroughly check bulk order specifications to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Sample Orders: Coordinate sample order logistics, ensuring customers' exploratory needs are met with efficiency.
• File Management: Organize the meticulous records of all customer engagements, ensuring information is ordered and accessible.
• Provide Quotes to Customers: Quickly and accurately generate quotes for our customers, leveraging your knowledge of our product line and pricing strategies.
Qualifications: • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• A track record of high-quality customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adept at multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office and modern order processing systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification will be advantageous.
