*Position Summary:*
Conico Oil is seeking a full-time Dispatcher to join our team.
This position will be responsible for the overall operation of the dispatch center and will include, but not limited to, the following duties:
* Manage multiple customer accounts and ensure all accounts are serviced
* Schedule and confirm appointments for service
* Work with customers to determine the best course of action to take
* Communicate with mechanics and technicians to ensure proper work orders are completed
* Monitor all vehicles on the road, report any issues to management immediately
* Answer inbound calls from customers and drivers
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
*Qualifications:*
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree a plus.
* 2+ years of Customer Service experience a plus.
* Strong phone presence and active listening skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
* Prior transportation management experience a plus.
