We are looking for a competent Customer Service Representative to perform various tasks to support our customers and the office.
An effective Customer Service Representative has the ability to work diligently in guiding, helping and supporting our members.
Provides strong internal and external customer service.
Resolves customer service issues with a sense of urgency.
Bilingual is a MUST! The ideal candidate needs to be able to speak, read and communicate effectively in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities
Seeks a win-win solution to customers issues
Partners with others to best serve the customer
Delivers on customer commitments
Demonstrates active listening skills; is conscious of non-verbal communication
Uses various methods of communication appropriately (phone, email, face to face, etc)
Reads the situation and adapts communication style appropriately
Uses resources to find answers; asks questions to gather information
Balances the needs of the customer and the business when making decisions
Cooperates and works well with others, resolves conflict in a positive manner
Works efficiently and uses time wisely
Takes initiative and works well independently and/or as a team
Summits reports in a timely manner
Requirements and skills
Familiarity with office procedures
A fast typist with knowledge in MS Office
Excellent communication and listening skills
Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
Able to read and communicate in Spanish
Fast learner
