Culligan of Oxnard is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our office support team.

Responsibilities
Experience with incoming and outbound calls
Resolve any product or service related issues; follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Schedule deliveries, dispatch service technicians and/or route representatives to customer locations
Take payments and maintain customer records by updating account information
Handle collection calls and maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments when necessary
Prepare and maintain compliance and regulatory reporting (scheduling reports, open call, monthly maintenance reports, etc.
)
Qualifications
Experience in a call center environment required
Experience with collections required
Exceptional customer service and in-bound phone experience required
Routing/Dispatch experience highly desired
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Scheduling skills, Excellent Communication Skills, Team Player, Multi-Tasking, Attention to Detail
Excellent Follow Up & Follow Through skills
High function in fast paced environment
Strong work ethic (honesty and integrity are key for this position and to our organization)
Exceptional problem solving skills
Ability to work independently
