Personal driver (Ventura)

Hi, I need a male personal driver who can drive a gentleman to a dialysis facility.
He is in a wheelchair but he can be able to get in and out of the vehicle on his own but we need a lower car.
I need a pick-up from home to dialysis at 12:30 pm and then you don't need to wait.
But I need another pick up from dialysis going home at 4:45 PM.
It will be a recurring request every Monday and Friday.
We will be giving an additional $5 each day for gas.
