USING YOUR OWN CAR Employment Type: Independent contractor Ideal job for Food Delivery/Uber/Lyft drivers, this is for you.
Part/full-time Requirements: Must have reliable vehicle and phone Valid drivers’ license Valid and active car insurance GPS/Smart Phone for routing purposes Background check will be conducted Must haves: - Great communication skills - Self-starter and highly motivated - Be able to manage your time independently - Flexibility throughout the week (Monday to Friday usual start time, 10am) - Delivery experience preferred but not required - Uber/Lyft driving experience preferred but not required Job description: Deliveries to homes and business ranging from 40 or more stops per shift.
Day will consist of loading up your car at the warehouse in the morning and following a route for the day to deliver packages.
Routes are generally completed between 4-5 hours depending on an individual’s pace and accuracy.
The physical aspect of the job will be getting in and out of your car/truck and briskly walking to the residence or business to deliver the package.
Drivers/contractors are required to conduct themselves professional and courteous at all times.
