At this time, Intrepid is seeking an EW Technical Instruction and Curriculum Development SME that can perform the duties and meet the expectations outlined below:
Responsibilities:
Perform duties that correlate with the experience requirements listed in the Qualifications section,as well as;
Manage a single systems acquisition program/project or major functional area.
Fully knowledgeable of all aspects of the program or programs under his/her management.
Establish objectives and requirements.
Develop budgets.
Develop program/project standards and schedules.
Monitor outside resources.
Has experience or extensive knowledge with the processes and procedures relative to the functional area.
Coordinate, review and supervise work of assigned staff.
Review/overseeshe preparation of all related documentation.
Conduct program reviews, meetings, etc.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:
This position anticipates standard work hours, Monday-Friday.
TRAVEL:
No regular travel is currently anticipated for this role.
Qualifications:
CLEARANCE:
An Active and Current Secret clearance is required at the time of application.
This position is not open for clearance sponsorship or upgrade.
EDUCATION:
High School diploma, or GED equivalent.
CERTIFICATION(S):
None
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Twenty (20) years of progressively complex experience.
Experience in technical instruction and curriculum development, aviation safety leadership, operations leadership, security, and aviation operations.
Experience supporting IT II Family of Systems and providing Fleet Support including training personnel in mission planning, operation and maintenance of systems; analyzing training needs and developing programs to address them; developing lesson plans, training materials, and delivery of internal and externally provided training; evaluating training materials and recommending revisions to maintain course integrity; liaisoning between US military, project customer, developers, and program leads to provide advice and supporting data to correctly align training with needs of the fleet; teaching, updating and maintaining instructor lesson guides, simulator scenarios, fleet tactical scenarios, computer-based training, and classroom lectures.
