Tyco Electronics Touchscreen Monitor - $100 (Newbury Park)

***Price Dropped*** 2/20 Tyco Electronics Touchscreen Monitor Received this monitor from a client who closed down their business.
Apparently this monitor is a touch screen.
When I search the model number, I see the same monitors online and they all say they are touchscreen and the model number matches exactly.
I know the monitor works for sure but I can’t get the touchscreen feature to work.
Maybe it only works for a specific pen.
It does not work via touch.
This monitor is being sold online for more than $150.
I’m pricing it to sale.
