Funding For New Hedge Fund (Ventura County (update))

I am launching a new hedge fund rather than focus on one project.
Capital security is a top priority.
Seeking a 450mm investor for which we will provide a 500mm bank instrument as collateral security.
This instrument will have unconditional language contained within.
The investor will have a fixed one year exit, backed by a major bank, not me.
I have closed deals with people I've met on CL before so I thought I'd give it another shot.
Usually I have to go through a few dozen clowns to reach a bona fide source so its a numbers game.
No upfront fee scammers need apply.
First person to get me a (noncommital) letter of interest will be the priority.
