As an attorney this is my new year’s resolution for 2024; to finish your work timely, to be punctual with my obligations, to communicate clearly and promptly with my clients, to be diligent and attentive to your needs.
I value character, integrity, resilience, work ethic, and common sense.
(I am a “foreign attorney”-not CA) I have represented myself in pro per in California (Civil and criminal), in England (UK); (Hague Convention), and in Mexico.
My specialty and experience in California are in family law, dependency, civil litigation, and Jury selection in criminal law.
I have a CA license for Legal Document Preparation, I am bonded and work with CA attorneys who make Limited Scope Representation for my clients and when needed I also have in my team a licensed and bonded Private Investigator and an IRS-certified financial advisor who can represent clients before the IRS.
I have a ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate and a Bachelor’s Degree from Loyola Marymount University (Westchester CA).
I work in family law.
$350 for preparation of paperwork as a paralegal, per each step.
Civil litigation, probate, wills, living trusts, restraining orders, NEW per current association with a law office :"we" also handle traffic tickets, criminal matters, and evictions.
I am licensed and Bonded; (My phone is (310) 782-4987 Miguel Centeno).
If you need the service of an attorney for court appearances one is available, as I work with two of them who have over 20 years of experience in family law.
I am a Member of the American Bar Association -with an ABA paralegal Certificate.
I also have in my team, an IRS certified forensic accountant.
We handle simple and complex cases.
All of us have over 20 years of experience.
We are economic.
my phone is (310) 782-4987 , my email miguelcentenosr@gmail.
com PS: I created a unique approach: (optional) I take the client through a life journey of awakening, awareness, etc.
through the divorce process by sharing via zoom one hour at a time with each significant form to foster familiarity and personal acceptance guided by principles, of honesty, fairness, legality, transparency, embracing reality, being true to self, looking forward to a genuine life.
Client/s time spent hours with me that will save him/her headaches, thousands of dollars, and will take them to the end of the rainbow as a therapeutic catharsis that will leave the client with a sense of accomplishment, personal empowerment, and with personal growth, greater wisdoms, and acceptance; It is totally optional, as the client can choose to delegate and stay completely away from it all or to jump into the experience.

” Isaiah 59:4, The lay litigant enters a temple of mysteries whose ceremonies are dark, complex, and unfathomable.
Pretrial procedures are the cabalistic rituals of the lawyers and judges who serve as priests and high priests.
The layman knows nothing of their tactical significance.
He knows only that his case remains in limbo while the priests and high priests chant their length and arcane pretrial rites.
