Lost Cat (Ventura)

His name is Blue and he has been missing since the middle of March.
He ran away from a friends house right next to the Mission Bell Motel on Main Street in Ventura.
He has a sister whom he was mistakenly separate from suddenly and he is VERY Traumatized because of this and scared.
I Have his sister back and am trying to reunite the siblings.
