The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relations, scheduling property maintenance, and leasing activities while ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.
\*\*Duties:\*\* - Manage all aspects of assigned properties - Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and emergencies in a timely manner - Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance needs are addressed promptly - Coordinate property showings, lease signings, and renewals - Negotiate and enforce lease agreements while adhering to Fair Housing regulations - Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for efficient property management - Oversee rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting - Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff to maintain property standards - Uphold legal requirements and resolve tenant disputes effectively \*\*Skills:\*\* - Proficiency in leasing office administrative tasks - Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations - Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements effectively - Experience with Yardi software for property management tasks - Familiarity with legal administrative procedures in real estate - Skill in upselling additional services or amenities to tenants - Knowledge of Affordable Housing programs is a plus - Excellent customer service skills to maintain tenant satisfaction This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and professional development.
