Overview: We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay.

Responsibilities: - Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing reservations - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Skills: - Strong hospitality skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest services - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in phone systems and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously - Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management principles - Ability to communicate effectively in English (multilingual skills are a plus) - Attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - High school diploma or equivalent education required - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly desirable Join our team and enjoy the benefits of working in a dynamic hospitality environment.
