Curia provides global contract research and manufacturing services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
The Program Manager II is responsible for managing the successful technical transfer of client projects and products to Curia.
The individual must be able to effectively manage, lead, assign work, and problem solve both technically and managerially in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
This individual has strong personal leadership skills to influence those that do not directly report to them.
The individual functions as a combination customer advocate and site liaison between all functional departments.

Essential job duties
Work collaboratively with all team members to integrate individual perspectives and raise awareness of individual contributions to work products.

Take action to implement and correct plans to ensure goals are met within reasonable or defined timelines

Apply comprehensive understanding of concepts within own technical area to develop relatively advanced programs/processes
Serve as an expert within a specific technical area; educate others on technical issues
Develop positive internal and external customer relationships by consistently and efficiently delivering value.
Uncover customers’ hidden needs or issues by asking insightful questions and developing rapport
Develop detailed project plans for discipline/department; identify milestones, resource implications, timing and costs, with an emphasis on sustainability
Guide others in time management to accurately predict the time required to complete tasks and ensure project deadlines are met
Develop solutions to overcoming risks within a project to ensure project success; recognize the need to escalate issues to higher levels when proposed solutions are note producing desired results
Perform analysis and design on projects to determine benefits to Curia
Education, experience, certification and licensures
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Science related field
Minimum 2-5 years’ in program management or related field
Preferred
PMP certification
Pay range: $79,400 - $103,200/year
Education, experience, location and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
