How you will make an impact:
The Manager of Business Applications will serve as the primary functional/technical liaison between business users, IT, Application Development, Project Management and Partner teams.
With the primary responsibility of hiring and managing a team of employees necessary to support the needs of the organization and the business application users.
As a manager, this role will oversee the work of direct report employees, including Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other functional specialists.
Maintain and coordinate the business functional, technical and project requirements for current implementation, functionality expansion and future continual upgrade projects.
Manage the business software applications and providing end user training and support.
Analyze current system processes and design functional requirements with a goal of continual process improvement.
Work with the Business Application team members to establish plans ensuring the team meets company goals and objectives.
Work collaboratively with other functional areas including, but not limited to Finance, Production, and Supply Chain.
The skills and experience you’ll need:
At least 5 years of experience working with ERP applications, such as D365FO and SAP.
Previous experience in managing a hybrid team.
Experience with software implementation/upgrade projects and understanding of the SDLC.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with other departments at Meissner as well as parties external to the organization.

US BASE PAY SCALE $120,600 - $146,100
The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant's experience.
