salary range: $75k-$85k
Responsibilities
As an Executive Director in Training, you’ll lear our business from day one while rotating between different Communities and assignments.
You will learn how to become an expert operator and gain the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own Community.
In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful.
Over the course of three (3) to six (6) months, Oakmont leaders, among the best in the industry, will teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, resident care, facilities, and operations.

In order to be considered, you must possess the following qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of management experience in senior living, healthcare or hospitality
Associates Degree required / Bachelor's Degree preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules in a 24 hour operation
Must possess or meet the minimum requirements to obtain a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) certification.
In order to obtain this certification, you must be able to show two (2) years of college attendance and three (3) years work in an RCFE
Must be willing to travel to different Oakmont communities and Home Office during the training program, and be willing to relocate, if required, at the successful completion of the program
