10 / hour The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate.
Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.

Pay for PRN positions is calculated differently than Full-Time, Regular Part-Time, and Part-Time positions.
PRN Rates depend on the position and other factors, including years of experience, or shift commitment according to the department policy.
PRN differential is added in certain positions.
Responsibilities: The primary purpose of this position is to assist in performing restorative nursing procedures that maximize the resident's existing abilities, emphasize independence, and minimize the negative effects of disability with an attitude of realistic optimism under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Responsible for carrying out individual restorative programs designed by a licensed nurse and/or therapist.
Direct or assist residents in transfer and ambulation techniques, and with range of motion and exercise activities; and, the use of walkers or other assistive devices.
Coordinate self-help training.
Coordinate or assist with other restorative functions.
Prepare residents for meals.
Assist residents in eating as needed.
Utilize restorative techniques to promote resident independence and highest functional level.
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, and positioning in and out of bed, chair, etc.
Plans, develops, organizes implements, evaluates, and directs restorative care services, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility.
Participates in discharge planning, development and implementation of resident care plans, resident assessments as necessary.
Participates in the development and implementation of progress notes and care plans, restorative grid documentation as they relate to restorative care.
Answers call lights and assist with resident care as needed.
Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Current CA CNA Certification Current CA RNA Certification Current BLS Certification One (1) or more years’ experience as a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a long term care facility Able to read, write and speak the English language Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish Overview: When it comes to quality, we're 5 Star!
