Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.

Pay for PRN positions is calculated differently than Full-Time, Regular Part-Time, and Part-Time positions.
PRN Rates depend on the position and other factors, including years of experience, or shift commitment according to the department policy.
PRN differential is added in certain positions.
Responsibilities:
Position Overview:
Provide continuous EKG monitoring, and interpretation of the rhythms, including lethal arrhythmias.
Notify appropriate staff of arrhythmias.
Oversee the care, maintenance and tracking of telemetry equipment and servicing.
Report any problems with telemetry equipment to the Telemetry Manager and/or the Bio Med Department.
Qualifications:
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Rhythm Recognition Course Certificate
Successful completion of the CMH Telemetry Technician competency within three (3) months of hire
Preferred:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Six (6) months telemetry monitoring experience
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
Good communication and problem solving skills
