How you will make an impact:
The Global Finance and Accounting (GFA) Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to a growing and dynamic cross-functional team within Meissner.
Our global team is comprised of various functions including Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Legal and Compliance, and Learning and Organizational Development.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible for understanding, supporting, and helping prioritize the Chief Financial Officer’s (CFO) tactical and strategic priorities.
Regularly monitors for progress and aligns with the CFO for updates
Manages CFO inbox and calendar, responds in accordance with prioritization principles, organizational impact, and alignment with priorities.
Works in concert with CFO to manage and prepare agendas for weekly team meetings.
Collaborates with teammates to ensure productive discussions through adequate preparation and prioritization of topics and desired outcomes.
Demonstrate and use professional discretion in managing and safeguarding sensitive and confidential information.
Provides administrative support to the GFA team, including but not limited to managing documentation workflow for CFO and managing online repository of documents.
The skills and experience you’ll need:
3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross[1]functional teams.
Inquisitive, self-motivated, and proactive, with an ability to see tasks through to completion.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

US BASE PAY SCALE $80,000 - $115,000
The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant's experience.
