*RESPONSIBILITIES*
_*What You Can Expect Day-to-Day*_
As a Licensed Therapist, you'll provide therapy services to clients of all ages and backgrounds, both face-to-face as well as through telehealth, to do the following:
* Diagnose and treat various mental health conditions
* Conduct therapy sessions with clients
* Develop a treatment plan customized based on each client's needs
* Monitor each client's progress during ongoing treatment
* Complete session notes promptly
*REQUIREMENTS*
_*What it Takes*_
We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and experienced Licensed and/or Associate Therapist committed to our mission of providing patients with exceptional, trusted counseling services.
Mandatory Requirements:
* *Valid California License number with the BBS*
* Spanish Speaking
* Extensive knowledge of mental health conditions and best practices for psychological treatment
* Well-developed listening and interview skills to explore patient needs and administer treatment plans
* Strong verbal communication skills to counsel and advise patients
* Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective treatment plans
* Coaching skills to help patients make positive changes
* Organization skills to maintain up-to-date, easy-to-navigate patient files
* Familiarity with privacy, health, and safety laws
* Computer skills in operating record-keeping, scheduling, email, and word-processing software
Preferred not required:
* 1+ year experience\*
* Credentialed with Carelon
