seeks a full-time Property Manager for a well managed and highly maintained mobile home community located in Ventura.
The ideal candidate must be friendly, well organized, computer literate, bilingual in Spanish/English with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and possess great communication and customer service skills.
Previous property management experience and working knowledge of Yardi is a plus!
Onsite housing is not required or provided.
Daily duties include rent collections, accurately processing payments with accounting software, resident correspondence, managing resident concerns, maintaining grounds, rules enforcement and other administrative functions.
Additional responsibilities include planning and conducting on-site resident events.
