*Leasing Coordinator* This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced, fast-growing, and dynamic REIT within the Leasing Department as aLeasing Coordinator.
You will assist the Senior Coordinator, Operations, and fellow Leasing Department team members in the preparation, execution, and management of leasing transactions within an assigned region.
You will report directly to the Senior Leasing Coordinator.
*Location:* #LI-Hybrid / Oxnard, CA *Work Arrangement:* You will follow a hybrid work model, offering a balanced blend of remote and in-office work.
*About The Role* * Communication with in-house leasing, legal, finance, and property operations team members regarding the coordination and transmission of all lease-related documents for new and renewal transactions with tenants and proposed tenants; * Review and process lease transaction deal terms and all other related documentation using Yardi Deal/Legal Manager; * Review letters of intent, third-party listing agreements, NDA / Confidentiality agreement forms, and several other lease-related documents for submission to tenants and third-party brokers; * Manage the execution and tracking of all required lease deliverables including tenant financial information, credit reports, letter of intent, lease documents, monies due upon execution, and certificate of insurance; * Preparation and coordination of performed lease document packages, scanning, uploading, and saving documents to maintain accurate files; * Review and process brokerage commission invoices for new and renewal lease transactions, cross-referencing third-party brokerage agreements and lease documents; * Conduct market research to keep informed of market rents, competing property specifics, market trends, and recently completed transactions regarding Rexford markets; * Review lease expiration report to stay informed of all tenants; * Weekly/Bi-weekly meetings or calls with property management; * Track the status of deals until the leases are performed and processed; * Help gather important information/documentation for quarterly and annual formal audits with third-party auditors and internal audit company; * Participate in monthly occupancy review meetings and quarterly rental rate review meetings; * Participate in the annual budgeting process; *About You* * 2+ years of experience in leasing administration * Have a working knowledge of lease terminology and language as it relates commercial/industrial lease terms and forms; * Yardi Deal/Legal Manager experience *Compensation* Rexford Industrial's total reward plan includes a premier benefits package, bonus eligibility and long-term stock incentives.
The expected hourly rate range for this role is $31.
25 to $34.
85 (annualized equivalent of $65,000 to $72,500), with a 15% discretionary annual bonus target and stock grant eligibility.
\*The actual base salary and total compensation offered depend on a variety of factors, which include, without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location where the job will be performed.
The final base salary and total compensation will be described in any offer letter.
