We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant to our Property Manager.
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our properties and provide excellent customer service to our tenants.
*Responsibilities:*
*Administration:* Proficient in performing a wide range of office tasks including managing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, handling incoming/outgoing calls, checking emails and communicating with the Property Manager.
*Scheduling and Coordination:* Skilled in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events efficiently using various tools and software platforms.
*Communication Skills:* Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients as needed.
Capable of drafting professional correspondence and communicating important information clearly and concisely.
*Attention to Detail:* Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry, document preparation, ability to identify errors and take corrective actions.
*Technology Proficiency:* Competency in using office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and social media.
*Team Collaboration Skills:* Strong collaborative skills to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a positive work environment.
*Qualifications:*
One to three years of experience in office administration.
