About the role:
Join our dynamic team as a Real Estate Runner and be at the forefront of exciting projects from start to finish! As a vital member, you'll work closely with our Project Managers, ensuring seamless operations and delivering projects with breathtaking speed.

What you'll do:
Drive to properties daily throughout the designated area
Inspect properties for occupancy
Make general assessment on the current conditions and quality of neighborhoods and communicate with project manager
Deliver Change of Ownership forms
Install and pick up lock boxes, ensure keys are at properties when needed
Deliver checks to contractors and vendors as well as, picking up and delivery of supplies
Oversee lockouts and trash outs
Assist in light construction management and furniture staging
Support our acquisitions team by bidding on properties at courthouse steps as needed
Negotiate relocations and cash for keys as needed
Use our proprietary systems and mobile tools to streamline data quick and efficiently
What you'll need:
This role offers 15-20 hours per week initially; availability required Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Self-starter with strong sense of urgency

Willingness to knock on doors and talk with occupants
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Excellent work ethic
Valid driver's license in good standing
The salary range for this position is $24.
00- $27.
00 an hour.
In addition, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
