We are a growing real estate photography and video production company that services
Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.
We specialize in photography, aerial drone photography, video, aerial video, Matterport 3D and other digital marketing services for realtors, developers and architects.
Our company is seeking a Videographer who can be a part of our media team offering exceptional services to our clients.
We are building a foundation to scale our business and are looking for team members who want to learn and grow along with us!
*Job Requirements*
● Someone creative and self-driven who will function as a photographer, drone pilot and Matterport 3D technician.
● Strong videography skills are required.
Real estate videography, photography and/or Matterport 3D experience is a plus, but not required.
Experience using a gimbal is also a plus.
Familiarity with Sony/Canon professional photography systems is a plus.
We will train new hires with the necessary knowledge and skills to be successful.
● Editing proficiency / Adobe Premier experience is a plus, but not required.
This position is mainly a production position, but tackling overflow post-production work could be necessary at some point.
● Must be willing to get FAA Part 107 drone certification, if not already certified.
● Organized and willing to learn new skills in a fun, fast-paced environment.
● Reliable car, insurance and valid driver's license required.
Mileage expenses covered.
Smart phone required, phone subsidy is available to employees after the training period.
● All photography equipment will be provided by the company, including drone, gimbal and Matterport camera.
● This is a staff position.
Flexible schedule, Monday to Saturday availability preferred, but not required.
● Flexibility required.
Real Estate is a fast-paced arena where schedules and needs can change by the moment.
That said, we always strive to offer our staff as much consistency as possible.
*Videographers WILL*
● Work with our scheduler to have clear availability times.
● Prepare all equipment ahead of upcoming shoots.
● Arrive to shoots on time and execute image capture efficiently.
● Clearly and quickly communicate with supervisors and administrative staff.
● Have a consistent professional and courteous demeanor with clients.
● Send ALL digital assets to our editors by end of day.
*Videographers WILL NOT*
● Be required to perform customer service unrelated to the job performed on site.
Everything else is handled by our administrative staff.
