Hello, I am looking for a room (or a guest house) for rent for around $700 a month.
I am handicapped (I had a stroke eight years ago.
) However, I take care of myself (I drive own car, go to the gym, etc.
).
I need rent a room in a home, where I have free- access to the kitchen space (I am a cook) and laundry.
I also need a little space in the garage for my boxes, a couple of exercise equipment, a refrigerator and freezer.
I clean after myself, and keep the kitchen and the bathroom clean.
I don’t smoke, drink or take drugs.
I am responsible, and I am a dedicated Christian.
I am looking for long-term place to live—I lived in my own place for 15 years, then 2 years with my sister (because I had the stroke), then this rental going for 6 years.
