Hello, I'm looking for either a room, guest house or house.
I'm mature, responsible, very stable and have an excellent credit score.
I've been renting the house I'm currently in for 30 years.
And in 48 years of renting, I’ve never been late on rent once.
I have 2 senior dogs so I would need a fenced yard.
I’m very handy and can do all basic repairs and maintenance.
The house I'm currently in is great for the dogs, but I need to leave here because of some circumstances that have come up, however it's purely voluntary on my part.
I'm a non-smoker and can't be around any type of smoke.
Also no cats because my allergic.
I'd like a room, guest house or a two, three or four bedroom house, as long as I could also have one or two housemates in that situation to help with rent.
I’m currently in Simi Valley so that would be ok (as long as it’s not a QAnon enclave like where I am now), but anywhere in Ventura county is fine.
