Need help with female senior (Simi Valley)

Room for rent $500 a month, utilities included.
Need senior female on fixed income to help with 87 year old female.
You'll mostly be needed to give showers and some babysitting.
She's a petite woman.
I'll be in charge of her most of the day and night.
I suffer from COPD, so my energy for her showers is hard to do.
Looking for one person, no kids, maybe a cat.
Although we have 5 cats already.
I'll have pictures of the room soon.
Move in last week of January.
What I need is someone to maybe spend an hour or so to watch her when I need to shower myself, or go to a doctors appointment.
And it's not every day.
I just need a backup now and then.
