House share (Newbury Park)

Looking for someone who wants to split a house rental.
Ideally a four bedroom, which are going for around $4k per month in this area.
Target move in date is May, when my current apartment lease is up.
I split custody of my 12 year old son wife my ex-wife, so he will be with me half time.
My oldest son comes home when he is on break for college.
I am in LA two days each week for work, the rest of the time I work for home.
