My name is Scott, and I'm a low-voltage contractor and audio engineer.
On Sundays I work as the technical director at a local church, overseeing their AV Team.
During the week I design and install commercial Audio/Video/Lighting systems for a wide range of venues including schools, churches, theatres, restaurants, sports bars, and comedy clubs.
I am also involved in coaching baseball, a passion I share with my seventh-grade son.
He stays with me 2-3 nights a week and shares my enthusiasm for both baseball and boxing.
Our after-school hours are dedicated to practice and training, with weekends often filled with tournaments.
When time allows we like to fish and play golf.
I'm proud to say he's a respectful and mature young man.
Currently, we are actively seeking a long-term rental in a drug and smoke-free environment that offers kitchen privileges and fosters a warm family atmosphere.
Both my son and I are accustomed to sharing common areas such as the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry.
We also adore pets and are pet-friendly.
Our ideal accommodation would consist of either a large single bedroom or two smaller rooms.
