Business Professional Seeking Room (Ventura)

I am a realtor, who would like to move back to Ventura from Port Hueneme.
I have 15+ years in property management experience, including student housing, mobile home park, tax credit, and rent control properties in Ventura and LA counties.
I have also worked as an Airbnb manager in Oxnard Shores for the last eight months.
I would consider a small property management or portfolio supervision assignment as well.
I would love my own place, but I would also love to find a situation where I have my own private quarters with my own bathroom in a large house.
I work weekdays in downtown.
