Hi need a room to rent (Ventura)

So I got a job working part time at fast food and my gross income is 1200 a month and need to say I don’t nearly make enough to rent at in this county.
I’m making ends meet so far I’m just asking for a honest offer to rent a room with a reasonable price.
with my part time job I know there is something out there.
I’m clean tidy I don’t smoke or drink or do drugs I won’t have over night guests and would prefer to rent from a woman.
I’m on time with my rent and would like to speak to you if your renting an honest room.
