We are seeking a success oriented customer service advocate who will work passionately towards assisting and providing transportation and deliver a positive automotive experience.
The customer service representative is responsible for helping customers get where they want to go in a friendly and courteous manner.
Job Duties/Responsibilities: * Make customers feel at ease and provide transportation in our clean company shuttle, which consist of a newer Toyota Sienna.
* Represent our company with professionalism and courteousness.
* Maintain shuttle van clean, organized and fueled up.
* Build relationships with customers to promote repeat and referral service business * Build Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty * Energetic responsiveness to every customer Required Skills: * 1-2 years of Retail Sales preferred * Must have Valid Drivers License * Pre-employment drug test and background check will help assure we build teams of people who can best work with others and serve customer needs.
