I like a clean home and expect a certain standard of cleanliness.
I'm looking for someone that is employed and has a good credit score.
This is not a party house however common sense rules apply.
Overnight guests are allowed as long as they are friendly and not at the house 24/7.

About me: I'm a 29 year old male that works as a Chemical Water Treatment Engineer and UC Irvine alumni.
I'm very active and train Brazilian Jiujitsu everyday of the week.
Ideally I'd find someone around the same age demographic that is also on a self improving path.
I have a girlfriend that will come over occasionally and sometimes I'm at her place.
I'm pretty flexible and agreeable for a lot of situations and accommodations but being to loud or messy is a deal breaker for me.
