What will be included/provided in your rent:
Full access to all common areas of the home including living, dining, family rooms, kitchen (use of all cooking/eating utensils), laundry area, outside yards, patio and furnishings, bbq, jacuzzi/hot tub, laundry aids (soap, bleach, dryer sheets), toilet paper in bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispenser (I will fill or you can) and soap for washing your hands, parking for one vehicle provided there are no leaks coming from underneath.
Best thing ever! As of Match 8, 2023 home has a new AC & Heat Minisplit System installed so YOUR room will come equipped with its own AC/Heat remote controlled Minisplit where YOU'LL control the temperature and not have to deal with it being too cold or too hot in your private setting!🙂
